If DHL or UPS tries to deliver your package at a time when you are not at home, they will either repeat the delivery or leave the package at a nearby store.

Please note that Cheap Cerbe Jordan Outlet cannot be held responsible for the loss of the package if you instruct DHL to use a specific drop-off location and the package is then lost.

If you have received the wrong item or an item in the wrong size, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

RECLAMATION

Complaints concerning damage to the product that have occured after the 14-day return period.

This is the procedure for making a claim:

• 1. Capture the damage and make sure it is clearly visible on 2-3 photos.
• 2. Send the pictures along with a detailed description to [email protected].
• 3. After we have evaluated your pictures, we will contact you with the result or relevant follow-up questions.

Please note that only damage that cannot be attributed to normal use can be considered for claims.

How can I track my package? Check your delivery confirmation. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive the shipping confirmation with your tracking code via e-mail. You can then use the tracking code to track your package on the courier's website.
